CricPlus Rules Explained: Speed Cash, Bookmaker and Fancy Settlement

Under CricPlus rules, Speed Cash lets you settle a book early when you are in profit on both selections: 3% is deducted from the smaller winning amount, and the gap between the two must be 50 points or less. Bookmaker and fancy markets have their own rules on voided bets, rain-reduced matches and result queries.

This guide puts the most-asked rules into plain English. It is a summary, not a replacement: the complete CricPlus rules page is the version that applies to every bet, and you should check it for the specific market you are playing.

Key facts: CricPlus rules (as of October 2026)

  • Speed Cash is available only when you show a profit on both selections, and the difference between them is not more than 50 points.
  • Speed Cash adds the smaller winning amount minus 3% to your main balance and settles your existing book.
  • If a match is tied or abandoned after you use Speed Cash, your main balance is not affected.
  • Queries about a result or rate must be raised within 7 days of the event.
  • Fancy bets placed at a wrong rate are cancelled. Bets placed after the result due to a technical error are deleted.
  • Bets found to be illegitimate (VPN, robot use, multiple entries from the same IP, "punching") can be voided. Only winning bets are voided.

What is Speed Cash on CricPlus?

Speed Cash is a way to take a guaranteed amount into your main balance before a market finishes, when your position already shows a win either way. Under CricPlus rules it works like this:

  1. You must be in profit on both selections. If your book shows a plus figure on Player A and on Player B (or Team A and Team B), you are eligible.
  2. Your book is settled. Once you use Speed Cash, your existing book on that market is closed. To have a position again, you place new bets.
  3. 3% comes off the smaller winning amount. The amount you receive is based on the lower of your two winning figures, less 3%.
  4. The two figures must be close. The difference between your winning points on each side must not be greater than 50.
  5. Ties and abandonments don't reverse it. If you use Speed Cash and the match is then tied or abandoned, your main balance is not affected.

How is Speed Cash calculated? A worked example

The CricPlus rules use these examples:

Your book Winning on A Winning on B Difference Eligible? Added to main balance
Example 1 110 points 100 points 10 Yes (10 is not more than 50) 100 − 3% = 97 points
Example 2 110 points 170 points 60 No (60 is more than 50) Not available

In Example 1, the smaller winning amount is 100. Deducting 3% (3 points) leaves 97, which goes to your main balance. In Example 2, the gap of 60 points is above the 50-point limit, so Speed Cash cannot be used on that book.

What are the key Bookmaker market rules?

Bookmaker markets are fixed-price markets offered by the platform, separate from exchange match odds. The main rules under CricPlus rules are:

  • Illegitimate bets can be voided. The company can suspend or void any ID or bets found to be illegitimate, for example through VPN use, robots, multiple entries from the same IP address or multiple bets placed at the same moment ("punching"). Only winning bets are voided.
  • Team advantage is not a factor. If a team gains an advantage or disadvantage for any reason, the market is not changed because of it.
  • Equal points use the official table. If two teams finish on equal points, the result follows the official points table.
  • Shortened-match comparisons. In the relevant markets, an ODI is decided by comparing both teams' scores after 10 overs, and a T20 after 6 overs. If the scores are level, the team that lost fewer wickets wins. If wickets are also level, the team with more boundaries wins. If everything is equal, the result is "no result".
  • Tennis advance fancy. If the second set is not completed, all bets on that market are void. If a player retires after the second set is completed, the market is settled as three sets.
  • Virtual cricket. If the video is interrupted or stopped and cannot continue because of a technical issue, the bookmaker market is voided.
  • Seven-day query window. Any query about a result or rate must be raised within 7 days of the event. Queries after that are not considered.

How are fancy markets settled?

Fancy markets are bets on events within a match, such as runs in a session, a player's score or a partnership. The CricPlus Fancy Market rules are long, but a handful of general rules cover most situations.

General fancy rules

  • Tied matches: all fancy bets are validated when a match is tied.
  • Before the toss: advance fancy is suspended before the toss or in bad weather, and voided if overs are reduced before the match starts.
  • Suspended markets: if a fancy is suspended for a technical reason and doesn't resume, the result is still given and all earlier bets stand.
  • Wrong rates: if a wrong rate is offered on a fancy, bets at that rate are cancelled.
  • Wrong fancy: if you bet on the wrong fancy by mistake, the bet is treated as confirmed and is not deleted.
  • After the result: if a market stays open by technical error after the result is known, all bets placed after the result are deleted.
  • Third-party data: live scores on the site come from third-party feeds and may be delayed or inaccurate. You rely on them at your own risk.

How are sessions settled?

A session is a run total at a set point in an innings, such as runs after 6, 10 or 15 overs.

  • Completed sessions are valid. If rain or an abandonment stops a session from being completed, that session is deleted.
  • All-out or chase finished early: the session is settled on the score reached. The rules give the example of a 15-over session where the team is all out in 13 overs for 100: the session settles at 100.
  • Mid-over endings: the rules give the example of an innings ending at 17.3 overs, where only the 18-over session bets are deleted. If it ends at 17.4 overs, the 18-over session bets are valid.
  • Advance sessions are valid in the first innings only.

What happens when overs are reduced?

The rules set an 80% threshold for weather-shortened limited-overs matches (T20I, ODI, 100-ball and T10). If the match is reduced to less than 80% of its overs, all advance bets are deleted. If 80% or more of the overs are played, advance player, partnership and summary events are valid, while advance session and innings-runs bets are deleted.

For Test cricket, lambi (innings runs) needs at least 70 overs played by the team unless it is bowled out or declares, and khado follows the same rules as lambi. The full Test session rules are on the rules page.

Where can I read the full rules?

Every market has detailed rules, including specials for individual tournaments, football, tennis, kabaddi and more. Read them on the CricPlus rules page before you bet on a market you haven't played before. If a rule is unclear or you want to query a result within the 7-day window, message official CricPlus Support on WhatsApp. You can also see how CricPlus Support handles account and result queries.

The rules apply the same way on every official domain, because they all run on one platform. See how the CricPlus main site and backup domains fit together.

Frequently asked questions

What is Speed Cash on CricPlus?

Speed Cash lets you move a guaranteed amount to your main balance when you are in profit on both selections. Your existing book is settled, and you receive the smaller winning amount minus 3%.

How much is deducted when I use Speed Cash?

Under CricPlus rules, 3% is deducted from the smaller of your two winning amounts. For example, with 110 points on A and 100 on B, you receive 97 points.

Why can't I use Speed Cash on my book?

You may not be in profit on both selections, or the difference between your two winning figures may be greater than 50 points. For example, 110 and 170 differ by 60, so Speed Cash is not available.

What happens to Speed Cash if the match is abandoned?

If you use Speed Cash and the match is then tied or abandoned, your main balance is not affected.

How long do I have to query a result on CricPlus?

Queries about a result or rate must be raised within 7 days of the event. Queries made after 7 days are not considered valid.

Is a fancy session valid if the team is all out early?

Yes. If a team is all out or finishes a chase before the session's overs, the session is settled on the score reached. Sessions stopped by rain or an abandonment are deleted.
